Although
I am pretty laid back here, I do have a few terms that I like
to work by. Below are the basics, if you would like to view the
full terms of service you can download them in pdf form*.
• Studio hours 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• Your payment terms are noted on every invoice you receive
including a due by date. These terms are from the date of the invoice.
In
the event of late payment you will recieve a written reminder.
Any account overdue by more than half of the payment terms (ie
30 days overdue by 15) will be suspended until payment is made.
All cheques must be made out to IMPRESSION. Including projects
undertaken under the Bighorse name.

Before the start of a job where a budget is required you may be
asked to either produce a purchase order or sign an acknowledgement.
All prices are subject to delivery and VAT charged by my suppliers.
Prices supplied on request are estimates only. You willbe kept
up to date with any changes in price.
• Where there is a production cost over £750 you will
be given the option to either pay the supplier direct plus a management
fee for Impression, (allowing you to reclaim any applicable vat)
or a full payment for production cost must be made and cleared
before production can commence.
• All jobs must be checked through thoroughly by yourselves
as part of client sign off.
• Any query on an invoice must be made in writing within 5 days
of invoice date.
